加强民办高校大学生责任教育的实践探索

A Practical Exploration of StrengtheningResponsibility Education for Private College Students

随着民办高校成为高等教育的重要力量,积极开展高校大学生责任教育有着重要的现实意义。近年来,温州大学城市学院从"个人责任、集体责任和社会责任"等维度出发,推出了"为生、为子、为友、为公民"的"四为"责任教育培养模式,对培养德才兼备的社会责任担当者进行了积极探索。进一步加强民办高校大学生责任教育还需优化民办高校大学生责任教育的师资队伍建设,改进民办高校大学生责任教育途径,构建民办高校大学生责任教育评价机制。

Along with the reality that private colleges have become the important component of higher education, it is of great realistic significance to positively carry forward responsibility education. In recent years, proceeding from three dimensions of ＂individual responsibility, collective responsibility and social responsibility＂, City College of Wenzhou University has launched responsibility education training model, and made an active exploration of educating talents who possess both political integrity and professional competence, so as to make them shoulder social responsibilities. To further strengthen responsibility education in private colleges, we should optimize the teaching staff, improve the approaches, and construct evaluation mechanism of responsibility education of private college students.
