摘要
搜索引擎的评价是搜索引擎发展的依据,也是用户选择搜索引擎的依据。本文从用户体验视角评价搜索引擎,建立基于用户体验的搜索引擎评价指标体系;采用层次分析法确定了各级指标的权重;构建了基于用户体验的搜索引擎模糊综合评价的数学模型;最后通过实例验证层次分析法与模糊综合评价相结合的搜索引擎评价方法的合理性与可靠性。
The evaluation of search engine is the basis of the development of search engines, and also the basis as which the user selects search engine. This paper evaluates search engine from the perspective of customer experience, establishes index system of search engine on the basis of customer experience, uses analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each level index, establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of search engine on the basis of customer experience, finally the case study shows that it is reasonable and credible to evaluate search engine with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
