在陶瓷生产中使用陶瓷分散剂(减水剂),既可使得陶瓷泥浆具有好的流动性,又能降低其含水率,改善陶瓷的性能,具有提高产品性能和节能减排的作用。本文介绍了陶瓷减水剂的作用机理,详细综述了各类陶瓷减水剂的研究进展,并对高效陶瓷分散剂未来在陶瓷工业的应用进行了展望。

The use of ceramic water reducing agent can make the ceramic with good liquidity and low water content in ceramic production. Moreover, the performance of the ceramic has been improved with the ceramic water reducing, which has the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction. Progress of all kinds of ceramic water reducing agent has been reviewed in detail in this paper, and the mechanism of ceramic water reducing agent has been introduced. Furthermore, the application of the ceramic water reducing agent has also been prospected in the future.
