摘要
从卡塔尔的平炉钢渣样品中回收不同粒径的铁,将除铁后的钢渣磨细制成钢渣微粉,再加入熟料、石膏配制成钢渣水泥,检测并分析了钢渣微粉的活性指数和钢渣水泥的物理性能、放射性。结果表明:钢渣的最优掺量为25%,可配制强度等级为52.5的钢渣水泥,且其3 d抗折强度和抗压强度均高于未掺钢渣试样的;当钢渣掺量>25%时,随着钢渣掺入量的增大,钢渣水泥的力学强度逐渐降低;将钢渣微粉制成钢渣水泥可使其放射性降低至合理范围以内。
After different particle sizes of iron powders were recycled, the Qatar open hearth steel Slag samples were ground and made into steel slag micropowder, then formulated into steel slag cement by adding the clinker and gypsum. The activity indexes of the steel slag micropowder as well as the physical properties and radioactivity of the steel slag cement were detected and analyzed. The results show that: the optimal incorporation of steel slag is 25 %, when steel slag cement can be formulated whose strength grade is 52.5, and its 3 d flexural strength and compressive strength are higher than those of sample without steel slag; when the incorporation of steel slag is more than 25 %, as the steel slag incorporation is increased, the mechanical strength of steel slag cement is gradually reduced; the radioactivity of steel slag micropowder can be reduced to within a reasonable range through steel slag cement production.
