机会成本下的奶牛养殖最小经济规模研究

Research on dairy farms minimum economic scale based on the opportunity cost

奶牛最小经济养殖规模问题事关农户的投资决策和就业选择,事关奶业的健康、可持续发展。为了研究机会成本下奶牛养殖的最小经济规模,以河南省郑州市郊县为例,根据柯布—道格拉斯生产函数理论对奶牛养殖的最小经济规模进行了的分析、界定与测算。结果表明,在劳动力和资本的机会成本存在的情况下,郑州市郊县奶牛最小经济养殖规模分别为13头和30头。

The minimum economic scale of dairy farm mattered to farmers＇ investment decisions,employment choices,and dairy industry＇s healthy and sustainable development. Based on Cobb-Douglas production function theory , this paper took suburban county in Henan province, Zhengzhou city as an example, reseached,defined,measured and calculated the minimum economic scale of dairy farm under the opportunity cost. The results showed that, in the case of the existence of the labor and investment opportunities, for farmers in suburban county, Zhengzhou city, the minimum economic scale were 13 and 30 .
