疮疡灵治疗皮肤真菌感染的疗效观察

The effectiveness of Chuangyangling to anti - fungal skin infection

目的评价疮疡灵治疗皮肤真菌感染的临床疗效。方法 70例皮肤真菌感染患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(27例),治疗组给予疮疡灵外用,根据病情每日或隔日换药1次,对照组给予复方酮康唑乳膏外用,每日早晚各换药1次,比较2组临床疗效,疗程均为3周。结果治疗组体癣的痊愈率(83.3%vs 40.0%)和总有效率(94.4%vs 60.0%)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组手足癣的痊愈率(76.0%vs 35.3%)和总有效率(92.0%vs58.8%)优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改进后的复方中药制剂疮疡灵对皮肤真菌感染疗效明显,使用方法简便。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Chuangyangling to cure fungal skin infection. Methods Seventy patients with cutaneous fungal infections were randomly devided into treatment group and control group. Treatment group received Chuangyangling external topically once a day or every other day, while control group received compound keto conazole ointment topically twice a day. The treatment took three weeks and the clinical effectiveness was compared at the end of the treatment. Results The cure rate （ 83.3% vs 40. 0% ） and the total efficiency （ 94.4% vs 60. 0% ） of tinea corporis in treatment group were better than control group, and the differences were statistically significant between two groups（P 〈0. 05）. The cure rate（76. 0% vs 35.3% ） and the total efficiency（92.0% vs 58.8% ） of foot and hand tinea in treatment group were better than control group, and the differences were statistically sig nificant between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine Chuangyangling compound is effective to the skin fun gal infections, and it＇s easy to use that it＇s suitable and valuable to pro mote for clinical use.
