高温退火法制备氧化石墨烯

Synthesis of graphene oxide by high temperature annealing method

摘要 以天然鳞片石墨为原料,采用高温退火法一步制备氧化石墨,然后经水解、超声分散制备氧化石墨烯。采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)等对制备的氧化石墨的氧化程度、结构及水洗和不同pH条件对氧化石墨结构的影响进行了分析。实验结果表明,高温退火法可以制备出优质的氧化石墨烯。水洗过程中氧化石墨烯的结构发生了变化而且弱碱性条件下氧化石墨的剥离效果更佳。 The graphite oxide was prepared used purified natural flake graphite by high temperature annealing meth od and then through hydrolysis and sonication. The graphene oxide was analyzed by TEM, XRD, UV-Vis and FT-IR. Ex perimental results showed that high quality graphene oxide was prepared. The structure of graphene oxide was changed dur ing hydrolysis and weak alkali conditions would result in the sheets were extensive peeled.
