摘要
采用DSC法研究了LLDPE/赤泥(RM)的非等温结晶和热降解行为,结果表明:LLDPE/RM复合材料的非等温结晶起始温度To、峰值温度Tp、结晶半高宽和半结晶时间均较LLDPE有所提高;当RM含量为15%时,To和Tp提高幅度最大,分别为2.1和1.8℃。热降解过程中,复合材料失重5%的温度T5较LLDPE变化较小,而最大失重速率温度Tmd较LLDPE有所提高,当RM含量为10%时,Tmd提高了7.6℃。通过测量水的接触角发现,当RM质量分数为5%时,复合材料的水接触角最大。
Non-isothermal crystallization and thermal degradation properties of low density polyethylene (LLDPE)/ red mud (RM)composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The presence of RM increased the crystallization onset temperature To, crystallization peak temperature Tp, halbtime of crystallization and half-width temperature. When the content of RM was 15 %, the increment of To and Tpwere largest, about 2.1 and 1.8℃ respectively. In the process of thermal degradation, the tempreture T5 at 5 % weight loss changed slightly with increasing the RM content. The tempreture Tmd at the most ratio of losing weight was increased, when the RM content was 10 %, Tma were increased about 7.6℃. The static contact angles were also investigated by sessile drop method. Results showed that for the composites,the static contact angles of water reached a maximum when RM content was 5 %.
