聚合工艺参数对丙烯腈/丙烯酸甲酯水相沉淀共聚合反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水相沉淀聚合工艺合成了高分子量的丙烯腈/丙烯酸甲酯(AN/MA)共聚物。研究了各聚合反应因素对共聚反应的影响。结果表明:该聚合体系的反应速率及产率较高,制得的PAN共聚物具有较高的粘均分子量。 Acrylonitrile (AN) was polymerized with methyl acrylate (MA)by aqueous deposited polymerization method employing ammonium persulphate (APS) as initiator to synthesize high molecular weight AN/MA copolymers. Effects of many effect factors on copolymerizations were investigated. It was found that the reaction rate and yield of the aqueous deposited polymerizations were faster and higher. And the copolymers obtained had higher viscosity average molecular weights.
