腹康颗粒对小鼠体内抑菌作用的实验研究

Study on bacteriostatic effect of Fukang granule in mice

目的研究腹康颗粒小鼠体内抑菌作用。方法采用大肠杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌观察腹康颗粒高中低三个剂量灌胃给药7 d对小鼠的致死保护率。结果腹康颗粒高中低三组能显著降低大肠杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌引起的小鼠死亡率,与模型组比较有显著差异(P<0.01),腹康颗粒高、中剂量组对大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌引起的小鼠死亡保护作用显著优于肠康片组(P<0.01或P<0.05),腹康颗粒高剂量组对乙型副伤寒杆菌引起的小鼠死亡保护作用显著优于肠康片组(P<0.05)。结论腹康颗粒对大肠杆菌、乙型副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌感染小鼠具有一定的保护作用。

【Objective】To study the bacteriostatic effects of Fukang granule in vivo.【Methods】Observe the protective effects of Fukang granule on mice infected with Escherichia coli,Hepatitis b paratyphoid coli or Dysentery bacillus.【Results】Compared with model group,Fukang granule of low-,medium-and high-dose can Significantly reduced the mortality of mice caused by Escherichia coli,Hepatitis b paratyphoid coli or Dysentery bacillu（P 0.01）.Compared with Changkang tablet group,Fukang granule of medium-and high-dose can Significantly reduced the mortality of mice caused by Escherichia coli or Dysentery bacillu（P 0.01 or P 0.05）,Fukang granule of highdose can Significantly reduced the mortality of mice caused by Hepatitis b paratyphoid coli（P 0.05）.【Conclusion】 Fukang granule has protective effect against Escherichia coli,Hepatitis b paratyphoid coli or Dysentery bacillu.
