甲状腺机能亢进综合征药物治疗与心理干预效果评价

Effect evaluation of drug treatment of hyperthyroidism syndrome and psychological intervention

目的探讨心理干预在甲状腺机能亢进综合征治疗中的作用。方法将该院收治的210例符合甲状腺机能亢进综合征诊断标准的甲状腺机能亢进综合征患者随机分成心理干预组及对照组,对照组在常规治疗的同时只作一般性解释,心理干预组在常规治疗的同时进行心理干预。结果药物治疗加心理干预组与单纯药物治疗对照组两组进行状控制天数比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论通过临床实践研究出有效的心理护理干预措施,控制患者的紧张、焦虑情绪,能更好地发挥药物作用,从而有效地缩短了症状控制天数;尽快控制症状,又可减少患者的治疗费用,缩短丧失劳动能力的时间,增加对社会的贡献。

[ Objective ] To investigate the role of psychological intervention in the treatment of hyperthyroidism syndrome. [ Methods ] In our hospital 210 cases of hyperthyroidism syndrome according with hyperthyroidism syn- drome diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into the psychological intervention group and the control group. The control group was only given a general explanation when given the conventional treatment, but psychological inter- vention group were given psychological intervention when given the regular treatment. [ Results ] There is a signifi- cant difference （P 〈0.01） in days of control between medication plus psychotherapy intervention group and simple drug treatment control group. [ Conclusions ] The developed effective psychological care interventions through clini- cal practice could control the tension and anxiety of patients, play better use of drug, thus the days of symptoms control can he effectively shortened; and the symptoms are controlled as soon as possible, the cost of treating patients is also reduced, the time of the loss of the ability to work is shortened and the contribution to society is increased.
