某三甲医院2007—2011年2型糖尿病住院费用分析

Positive Analysis of Medical Costs for Inpatients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的:通过对2型糖尿病住院费用的实证分析,探索其费用变化趋势及相关因素,为相关制度设计、控制费用增长、合理利用卫生资源、减轻经济负担提供参考。方法:收集某三甲医院2007—2011年出院的2型糖尿病住院费用资料,对其按照年度、年龄、费别及亚型分组进行描述性统计及方差分析。结果:住院费用呈逐年上升趋势,差异性显著(P<0.01),其中检查与非药品治疗费用上升较明显;费用变化与年龄、费别及亚型均相关,但费用在政策控制下仍可回落。结论:应通过规范治疗、加强预防控制、设计合理有效制度,有效利用医疗卫生资源、提高糖尿病患者生存质量、降低患者与社会经济负担。

Objective： By analyzing the tendency and influencing factors of medical costs tbr inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, to provide reference for the system design, cost control, health resource use and economical burden. Methods： Data about costs for inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was collected in a certain hospital from 2007 to 2011, and was divided into different groups according to years, ages, charge types and subtypes. The medical costs for inpatients was statistically described amt analysis in variance. Resuts： Medical costs for inpatient was up year by year, which has significant diffrences within different years （P〈0.01）. E specially, the examine expense and drug expense were up obviously; The costs is relevant to the age, charge type and diagnosis subtype, and the costs can fall after rise under the control. Conclusion： Great efforts should be taken to improve the patients＇ survival quality and reduce the economic burden by standard treatment, through enhancing prevetion and control and designing re, asonable system.
