首先对民营医院生态环境的概念进行了界定;然后根据影响民营医院生存和发展因素的重要性程度建立了医院价值观、医院经营管理体制、地区医疗行业环境、地区经济社会环境和国家医药卫生体制改革政策共5环生态圈;最后分别对上述5环生态圈的内容进行了详细阐述。
The ecological environment concept of private hospital is defined, and five rings ecosystem are founded, including the hospital values, hospital management system, the medical industry environment and the economic and social environment of the region, and health reform policy on the degree of importance about the factors of influencing private hospital survive and development. The five parts are expounded in detail in the end.
