药用植物广藿香4个品种染色体数研究

Studies on Chromosome Number of Four Varieties of Pogostemon cablin(Blanco) Benth.

采用酶解去壁低渗法对中药广藿香(Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.)4个栽培品种的体细胞染色体进行研究。结果表明,石牌广藿香(Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.CV.shipaiensi)、湛江广藿香(Pogostemon cablin(Blanco)Benth.CV.zhanjiangensi)、高要广藿香Pogostenwn cablin(Blanco)Benth.CV.gaoyaoensi)和印尼广藿香Pogostenwn cablin(Blanco)Benth.CV.yinniensi)的染色体数均为2 n=2 x=64,均为二倍体,结果证实广藿香4个栽培品种染色体数一致,均为同一种植物。广藿香植物的染色体数的研究,为种的鉴定、遗传育种提供依据。

The methods of eliminating walls by enzymolysis and low osmosis were used to analyze the somatic cell chromosome number of four varieties of Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth. The results showed that the chromosome number of all varieties Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth. CV. shipaiensi, Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth. CV. zhanfiangensi, Pogostenwn cablin （Blanco） Benth. CV. gaoyaoensi and Pogostenwn cablin （Blanco） Benth. CV. yinniensi, was 2 n = 2 x = 64 ,and they belong to diploid. The results showed that the chromosome numbers of four varieties of Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth. were same, which proved they belong to one species. It would be as references for identification, genetic and breeding in original species of Pogostemon cablin （Blanco） Benth.
