摘要
在煤矿轴流通风机的设计过程中,为了保证风机运行的可靠性和安全性,需要对叶轮结构进行合理的设计,并需对轮盘强度进行校核计算。在总结轴流风机叶轮及轮盘设计原则基础上,完成上述结构的设计计算和强度校核,计算方法简单可行,提高了设计的可靠性,具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。
During the design of an axial flow fan used in mine, the reasonable design of the impeller and the calculation of the strength checking of the wheel are needed. The calculation of the impeller and strength checking has been finished based on the analysis of the design principles. The method above can improve the dependability of the design, and has important value of engineering applications.
