摘要
介绍了一种液压支架辅助分析与设计方法,并应用VB语言编写了液压支架辅助设计程序,可进行四连杆机构的优化设计和液压支架框架结构的运动学、动力学等特性的分析计算,得出四连杆机构的最优解和液压支架的详细特征参数。在液压支架设计中为设计者提供必要的参考依据,提高设计效率,缩短设计周期。
This paper introduces a kind of hydraulic support auxiliary analysis and design method, and using VB language to write the hydraulic support aided design program, which can realize four bar linkage design structure and optimization of hydraulic support frame structure characteristics of kinematics and dynamics of calculation and analysis, and can get four bar linkage optimal solution and detailed characteristic parameters of hydraulic support. In the hydraulic support design for designers to provide necessary reference basis, improve the design efficiency, shorten the design cycle.
