摘要
通过对后混合磨料射流产生过程的动力和能量分析,以及磨料水射流切割过程的能量转化分析。得出了后混合磨料射流切割过程中切割深度和速度的乘积与切割压力的关系。并通过对304不锈钢的切割实验验证了上述理论。同时通过实验确定了后混合磨料射流切割304不锈钢时切割深度和速度与切割压力的关系的定量关系,建立了切割压力、切割速度和切割深度的关系模型。
The momentum and energy of the abrasive water jet during its formation is analyzed, and also the transformation and transportation of the cutting process. In abrasive water jet cutting process, the relationship of cutting pressure and the product of the cutting speech and cutting depth is concluded. And it is verified with the 304 stainless steel cutting experiments. Especially, the quantitative relationship of the 304 stainless steel is found in the experiment. And the mathematical model of the quantitative relationship is established.
