摘要
针对刮板输送机链速对其传动性能影响,通过建立某种型号刮板输送机的Pro/E模型导入ADAMS软件中建立等价的ADAMSS仿真模型,在此基础上进行其动力学分析。仿真研究了刮板输送机分别在0.9 m/s、1.1 m/s和1.3 m/s 3种链速情况下刮板及刮板链的运动过程及其工作状态,并找到了符合本产品型谱的合理链速,结合现实工况的试验结果相比较,为改善刮板机传动性能提供了理论依据。
Through establishing a ADAMS emulation model of AFC, which is equal to the AFC' s Pro/E emulation model. The speed parameters 0.9 m/s, 1.1 ntis or 1.3 m/s were adapted.The dynamics analysis is carried through adjusted three speed parameters .And then the movement process and working state of scraper and chains is studied within the certain movement velocity. This simulation method can provide certain theoretical basis for the optimization design of the AFC.
