摘要
探讨了动臂缸顶升与斗杆缸内收动作同时进行时,动臂顶升动作需要优先的功能要求,利用在流往斗杆的油路中需要设置节流阀的手段,可以保证动臂缸的快速顶升。研究结果表明,节流阀的参数需要合理设置才能保证"动臂优先"工况顺利完成。节流阀直径为12 mm时泵的流量分配完全不同于直径为8 mm时的状况。动臂缸与斗杆缸的行程亦发生明显变化,甚至造成动臂缸工作中出现吸空现象。
Lifts movable boom and takes back arm are carried out simultaneously, regularly. Need to set the throttle valve in the oil circuit of arm to ensure lifting boom cylinder rapidly. The results Show that, parameters of throttle valve should be arranged reasonably to ensure the operation of boom prioty completed successfully. The flow rate distribution of pump is quite different for different valve diameter, such as 12 mm and 8 mm. The stroke of boom and arm also changely significantly, even the suction phenomenon appears in boom cylinder lifting.
