摘要
分析了ZZ9000/20/40型三角区掩护支架掩护梁结构设计,对其进行合理简化的基础上,建立了掩护梁结构件的整体三维模型。利用Cosmosworks软件分析了2种结构的掩护梁受扭转、冲击载荷的情况,比较不同结构受载情况。提出合理的设计结构,为掩护梁设计提供依据。
Analysis of the ZZ9000/20/40 type caving shield structure design of triangle area, the reasonable simplified was established on the basis of the overall caving shield structure of 3 model. Using Cosmosworks software to analyse the two kinds of structure of caving shield subjected to torsion, impact load condition, comparison of different structure loads. Putting forward the reasonable structure design, providing a basis for design of the caving shield.
