摘要
针对某种煤矿供电高压电路开关屏蔽筒体联接中,螺栓预紧力对筒体法兰的强度影响进行研究;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立筒体法兰的有限元计算模型,采用预紧力单元研究螺栓预紧力对筒体法兰的影响;提取整体结构及螺栓上的应力应变分布图,并根据实际受载工况的随机性,以最大位移和最大应力作为研究指标,进行可靠性分析,为筒体法兰进一步合理的结构设计提供必要的理论指导。
The cylinder flange strength influence was studied by bolt pre-tightening force, in allusion to this kind of high voltage circuit switch shielding cylinder connection in coal mine power supply; the finite element calculating model of cylinder flange was built with ANSYS software, its strength was analyzed under the condition of pre-tightening. Its stress strain distributions of all the structure were drew. According to the actual loading condition, its reliability was analyzed with the maximum displacement and the maximum stress as research index. And it provided essential theoretical guidance for its further reasonable structure design.
