Intrinsic Frequency Analysis for Screw Bolt Based on Pre-tightening Force

应用有限元分析软件ANSYS计算有预应力螺栓的固有频率,将螺栓简化为梁单元,有效地模拟预应力效应。对不同预应力下的螺栓进行模态分析,得到螺栓预紧力和固有频率之间的关系曲线,为螺栓的预应力设计分析提供参考。

Using ANSYS software, calculated the intrinsic frequency for the prestressed screw bolt, simplifying the bolt as a beam element, an effective prestress effect is simulated. Modal analyze the bolt under different prestress value, generate a bolt prestress and intrinsic frequency curve, and provide a prestress design analysis for the bolt.
