摘要
介绍了复合刀具在主阀多级阶梯孔加工中的应用,对传统工艺的特点进行了详细分析,通过实行新的加工理念和加工策略,采用新的和正在开发的刀具技术,利用复合加工,实现高效加工、降低成本的目的。
The paper introduces application of combination cutting tools in muhistep holes processing on the main block valves. On analyzing of the conventional processing craft, new concepts and ideas have been taken into the new processing craft. By applying and developing new cutting-tool engineering, combined machining could be realized in order to ensure high-efficiency and low-cost of processing.
