摘要
利用应力变形抵消原理,对以夹盘为代表的薄片件和以固定环为代表的薄壁件的机械加工工艺进行分析,通过工序的合理安排、夹具的巧妙设计、走刀路径的科学规划,最终将工件的变形量降低到最小。
This paper analyses the machining process of the chuck as a representative of thin sheet parts and the fixed ring as a representative of thin wall parts, by using stress deformation offset principle. The deformation of the workpiece will be finally reduced to minimum through the process of reasonable arrangement, the fixture of clever designing and the tool path of scientific planning.
