分析了目前矿井普遍使用的BF系列防坠器在制动过程中存在的问题,并且针对此问题,设计一种集限速、缓冲及防坠功能于一体的限速防坠器,该装置不仅能够避免罐笼在钢丝绳或连接装置断裂时坠落,而且能够在其超速时起到减速防坠作用,大大提高矿井提升的安全性。

The braking problem of BF parachute which is used commonly in mine at present is analyzed. And in order to solve this problem, a set speed, buffer and falling prevention function in one of the speed limit parachute device is designed, Which not only can prevent the cage falling when wire rope or connecting break off, but also decelerate and prevent falling when overspending, greatly improve the safety of mine hoist.
