摘要 通过对CK6140型数控机床加工质量方面的故障征兆和故障原因进行分析,确定了二者之间存在的因果关系。在具有大量的该型车床使用与维修统计数据的基础上,结合现场维修专家的经验,建立了该型数控车床故障诊断模糊模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的有效性,对该型车床的故障诊断与维修具有很好的参考价值。 The fault symptoms and its causes of the CK6140 CNC lathe in the machining quality were discussed on basis of large numbers of prior knowledge and experience, a fuzzy model of CNC lathe fault diagnosis was established. The model was proved to be availability by an example, and have a very good value for lathe fault diagnosis and repair.
