摘要 减少查找、解决故障的时间,对矿井生产意义重大。现场设备多采用模块化设计,相互之间只有必要的信号联系,主控设备的故障监测不是很精确。以往查故障,只能凭经验判断,费时费力,还不一定能找到故障源。采用"故障互锁"方式,可以精确地判断出是何设备引出的故障,进而有针对性地进行抢修。这种方法使故障查找变得有章可循,大大缩短了查找问题的时间。 Reducing find and address failure time, major mine production significance.
