康贝尔麻鸭赖氨酸需要量的研究

Dietary Lysine Requirement of Campbell Sheldrake Ducks

选用1日龄健康的康贝尔麻鸭1260只,根据体重随机分成6组,每组6个重复,每个重复35只鸭,分别确定康贝尔麻鸭3个生长期(0～3、4～6和7～9周龄)的赖氨酸最适营养需要量。日粮赖氨酸水平0～3周龄:0.78%、0.88%、0.98%、1.08%、1.18%、1.28%,4～6周龄:0.61%、0.71%、0.81%、0.91%、1.01%、1.11%,7～9周龄:0.57%、0.67%、0.77%、0.87%、0.97%、1.07%。在本试验条件下,0～3周龄日粮赖氨酸水平0.98%时生长性能较好;4～6周龄日粮赖氨酸水平0.91%生长性能最好;7～9周龄日粮赖氨酸水平Lys0.67%生长性能较好;康贝尔麻鸭0～3、4～6、7～9周龄日粮赖氨酸推荐总量分别为1.01%(ME11.84MJ/kg;CP19.57%)、0.87%(ME11.67MJ/kg;CP17.38%)、0.72%(ME11.72MJ/kg;CP16.76%)。

A total of 1 260 1-day-age Campbell Sheldrake ducks were randomly assigned to 6 dietary treatments with 6 replicates and 35 ducks with each pen. In order to determine dietary lysine optimum requirements at growing period of 0 to 3 weeks of age,the levels of lysine in the experimental diets were 0.78%,0.88%,0.98%,1.08%,1.18%, 1.28%;for 4 to 6 weeks of age：0.61%,0.71%,0.81%,0.91%,1.01%,1.11%,and for 7 to 9 weeks of age：0.57%,0.67%, 0.77%, 0.87%, 0.97%, 1.07%. The results showed that： In 0 to 3 weeks of age, dietary lysine level of 0.98% was significantly better. In 4 to 6 weeks of age,dietary lysine level of 0.91% was significantly good for duck growth. In 7 to 9 weeks of age, dietary Lysine 0.67% was significantly better for growth performance. It was concluded that dietary lysine recommended requirement for Campbell Sheldrake ducks at the period of 0 to 3,4 to 6,7 to 9 weeks of age were 1.01% （ ME 11.84 MJ/kg, CP 19.57%）, 0.87% （ME 11.67 MJ/kg, CP 17.38%） and 0.72% （ME 11.72 MJ/kg, CP 16.76%）, respectively.
