摘要
利用气相色谱/飞行时间质谱,对格蓬油的挥发性成分进行分析,并用峰面积归一化法计算各成分相对含量。通过在两种不同极性色谱柱上的比较实验,确定了适合格蓬油分析的色谱柱条件。通过质谱库检索,辅助英文版精油库(ESO2006版)比对,解析并确定出精油中的68种组分。极性柱上检出50个组分,主要成分是:β-月桂烯(23.63%)、β-水芹烯(8.47%)、(3E,5E)-格蓬烯(7.42%)、布黎醇(7.41%)、香芹酚甲醚(6.71%)、愈创木酚(6.51%)。弱极性柱上检出39个组分,主要成分是:α-杜松醇(21.83%)、愈创木酚(16.18%)、乙酸松油酯(9.12%)、布黎醇(8.72%)、对伞花烃(5.56%)、乙酸龙脑酯(3.86%)。其中,两种不同极性柱上检测并确认出27种共有组分。
The volatile components of galbanum oil were identified by gas chromatography/Time-of-Flight mass spectrometry.The peak area normalization method was used to calculate each component relative content and determined the suitable chromatographic column conditions for galbanum oil through two different chromatographic column.With the MS library search,68 compounds were confirmed by using reference literature and retention index of ESO database comparison.50 components were identified in Polarity column.Beta-myrcene (23.63%), beta- phellandrene ( 8.47% ), ( 3E, 5E ) - undecatriene ( 7.42% ), bulnesol ( 7.41% ), methyl carvacrol (6.71%) ,gualol(6.51% )were the main components.In addition,39 components were determined in weak Polarity column.Alpha- cadinol ( 21.83% ), gualol ( 16.18% ), terpinyl acetate ( 9.12% ), bulnesol ( 8.72% ), para - cymene (5.56%) ,bornyl acetate (3.86%)were the main components.Among them, 27 kinds of components were both detected on two kinds of different polarity column.
