摘要
采用动态热机械分析仪分析纺丝温度对涤纶工业丝动态粘弹性的影响,研究了纤维储能模量(E')、损耗模量(E″)及损耗因子(Tanδ)的温度依赖性。结果表明:纺丝温度300℃,涤纶工业丝初生纤维取向及结晶几率低,链段运动能力强,经后拉伸可有效提高纤维强度;在玻璃化转变温度范围内,E',E″及Tanδ均出现极大值,随温度升高,E'及E″下降,在120℃左右E'和E″再次升高,140℃左右则趋于平衡。
The effect of spinning temperature on dynamic viscoelasticity of polyester industrial yarn was analyzed with a dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer. The dependence of storage modulus ( E' ) , loss modulus ( E" ) and loss factor ( Tanδ ) of the fiber on temperature was studied. The results showed that the as-spun fiber had low orientation and crystallization probability at the spinning temperature of 300 ℃ , but the strength of the fiber can be efficiently improved by after-drawing due to the active motion of chain segments; the maximum of E', E" and Tanδ appeared within the glass transition temperature range; E'and E" both dropped while elevating the temperature, but rose at about 120 ℃ and tended to be stable at about 140 ℃.
