摘要
采用熔体直纺生产83 dtex/144 f超细旦涤纶POY,探讨了纺丝组件、冷却方式、集束上油高度、卷绕速度等对产品质量的影响。结果表明:在纺丝温度289~291℃,喷丝板孔径0.17 mm,长度0.54 mm,组件装砂量为60~80目/150 g、40~60目/120 g,采用外环吹风冷却,风压为25~28 Pa,油嘴高度700 mm,上油率0.45%的条件下,纺制的涤纶POY断裂强度为2.55~2.65 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为115.9%~120.0%,条干不匀率为1.40%~1.60%。
The melt direct spinning process of 83 dtex/144 f ultra_fine polyester POY was studied. The effects of spinpack, quenching method, collection finishing height and winding speed on the product quality were discussed. The results showed that the polyester POY of 83 dtex/144 f can be obtained with the breaking strength of 2.55 -2.65 cN/dtex, breaking elongation 115.9% - 120.0%, yarn irregularity 1.40% - 1.60% under the conditions as followed: spinning temperature 289 - 291℃, spinneret hole diameter 0.17 mm and length 0.54 mm, spinpack sea sand quantity 60 - 80 mesh/150 g and 40 - 60 mesh/120 g, external circular quenching air pressure 25 -28 Pa, oil nipple height 700 mm, oil pick-up 0.45%.
