摘要
选用丙烯酸乳液制备了一种新型的水性超薄防火涂料。首先,用差示扫描量热法和热重分析方法,对水性超薄型防火涂料热分解过程中的热量变化和质量变化进行研究。结果表明:水性超薄型防火涂料的热分解过程主要包括2个阶段,504~616 K,即质量损失阶段;616~723 K,即样品的吸热阶段。随后,选用Achar-Sharp微分和Coats-Redfern积分对照法,对丙烯酸乳液和水性超薄型防火涂料的热失质量曲线进行计算,得到了丙烯酸乳液和水性超薄型防火涂料在成碳膨胀过程中的活化能和指前因子。计算结果表明,丙烯酸乳液和水性超薄型防火涂料的热分解过程应遵循扩散控制中的Zhuravlev三维扩散机理,并获得了相应的动力学方程。
A novel emulsion -based fire -proofing coatings was developed based on acryl- ic emulsion. Initially, the heat change and mass change during thermal decomposition of e- mulsion- based fire -proofing coatings was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric (TG). The DSC and TG curves indicated the heat and weight changes of emulsion based fire - proofing coatings with temperature. Results showed that, there were two steps in the thermal decomposition of fire - proofing coatings. The first stage was 504 -616 K, which was a weight lose process. The second stage was 616 ~ 723 K, which was a stage of heat absorption step, with unchanged weight. Furthermore, Achar- Sharp andCoats -Redfern methods were used to calculate the kinetic parameters. The kinetic equation, activation energy and pre - exponential factor of both acrylic emulsion and emulsion - based fire -proofing coatings during calonization and dilatation process were obtained. The calcula- tion results indicated that, the thermal decomposition processes of both samples followed the Zhuravlev three dimensions diffusion mechanism.
