摘要
采用以相对分子质量较高的柔性链段——蓖麻油酸和端羧基丁腈橡胶改性的环氧丙烯酸预聚体作为主体树脂,再用顺酐水性化,制备了高性能水性环氧丙烯酸UV固化涂料。对柔性链段的引入量进行了详细讨论,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、热重分析仪(TGA)等对产品的结构与性能进行了表征。结果表明:当体系引入的蓖麻油酸含量为20%~30%(摩尔分数)、丁腈橡胶3%~5%(摩尔分数)时,涂膜的附着力、柔韧性、拉伸强度、耐水性等性能指标均优于未改性的,而当采用这2种混合链段(蓖麻油酸含量为20%,丁腈橡胶含量5%)改性时,预聚物热稳定性有所提高,涂膜各方面性能达到最佳。
The title high -performance waterborne epoxy acrylate UV curing coatings was developed with a epoxy acrylate prepolymer modified with flexible chains of high molecular weigiht castor - oil fatty acid and carboxyl - terminated butadiene acrylonitrile rubber as the base resin, which was modified by maleic anhydride subsequently. The content of flexible chains were discussed in detail and the structure of the prepolymer was characterized by use of FT- IR and TG. It showed that some performance, such as adhesion, flexibility, tensile strength, water resistance, etc, were superior to the unmodified prepolymer when the content of castor -oil fatty acid were 20% -30% (mole fraction) , and the butadiene acrylonitrile rub- ber were 3% -5% (mole fraction). It proved that the film performances were optimal and the heal slabil ity was better than before when epoxy acrylate prepolymer modified by the mixed ains, 20% of castor - oil fatty acid and 5% of butadiene acrylonitrile rubber.
