摘要 规模化丙烯酸树脂生产企业中有多套反应釜,管线多阀门多,产生的计量、内漏、单体滞留等问题都不易解决。用多功能阀门矩阵代替传统的阀门、管道连接方式,可简化装置、减少投资,实现阀门内漏的自动检测,杜绝物料滞留现象。 Large - scale factory of acrylic resin has more than one set of reactor equipped with many pipelines and valves, with many problems difficult to resolve, such as automatic feed- ing, metering, internal leakage and monomer retention. Replacing traditional means of valves, pipe connection with muhifunctional valve matrix can simplify synthesis facilities, reduce invest- ment, achieve automatic monitoring of internal leakage and eliminate internal retention.
