摘要
目的对桂产山银花栽培品种进行品种鉴定和质量评价,为广西忍冬属药用植物进一步开发和利用提供依据。方法对巴马和忻城产山银花进行性状鉴定;采用显微鉴别观察其粉末的不同点;采用TLC对其主要功效成分绿原酸进行鉴别;采用HPLC测定其中绿原酸含量。结果忻城山银花为红腺忍冬,巴马山银花为华南忍冬,两地产山银花的绿原酸含量分别为27.258 1和15.975 8 mg.g 1。结论本方法可靠,为桂产山银花种质提供了客观综合的评价,也为筛选优质高产山银花提供了理论依据。
OBJECTIVE To identify Lonicerae Flos resources and to provide the quality evaluation for promoting the rational development and utilization of Lonicera Linn. in Guangxi. METHODS Based on the traits of buds in Bama and Xincheng, the character identification and microscopical characteristics were used to confirm the differences of two kinds of Lonicerae Flos. Chlorogenic acid, the main efficacy component in Lonicerae Flos, was identified through TLC analysis. The content of chlorogenic acid in Lonicerae Flos from different areas was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Lonicerae Flos from Xincheng was Lonicera hypoglauca Miq. Lonicerae Flos from Bama was Lonicera confuse DC. The content of chlorogenic acid in Xincheng and Bama was 27.258 1 mg-g-1 and 15.975 8 mg.g-1, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is feasible, which can provide objective and comprehensive evaluation, also can provided academic basis for screening high yield and quality of Lonicerae Flos in Guangxi.
