摘要
"中等收入陷阱"是新兴经济体必须逾越的一个发展困境。本文结合发展中国家经济社会发展规律,从战略思路确定、经济政策调整、政府职能转变、市场杠杆调节、社会阶层培育、城乡综合治理等方面,探讨破解经济风险、社会风险、政治风险的思路,并提出了可能解决问题的有效方法及建议。
Middle-income trap is a Developing Predicament any emerging economy has to face. Applying the law of economic and social development of developing countries, this dissertation discusses ideas in avoiding economic, social and political risks and also brings up effective methods and suggestions in solving the problem. The passage unfolds through the following perspectives： determination of strategy, adjustment of economic policies, transformation of governmental function, regulation of market lever, cultivation of social class structure, integrated governance of urban and rural areas and so on.
