摘要
输配电价形成与规制对于我国社会经济发展和电力市场改革具有突出意义。本文分析了我国输配电价形成及存在的问题,评述了国外输配电价规制的主要方法,探讨了我国输配电价规制研究的若干进展,着重指出了进一步要展开的研究工作。
The formation and regulation of power transmission and distribution price has a prominent significance to China＇s social and economic development and reform of the electricity market. This paper analyzes the formation and some problems to be solved of power transmission and distribution price in China, and reviews the main methods of price- regulating of power transmission and distribution in the other countries. Basing on investigating some progresses in price- regulating of power transmission and distribution in China, it is stressed that further research works to be carried out.
