摘要
本文以2005年到2010年期间上市公司的线上渠道建设事件为研究样本,分析了建设线上渠道对传统企业绩效产生的影响。研究发现线上渠道建设后短期内对企业绩效产生了显著的负面影响,而长期内产生了不显著的正面影响。
Using a sample of traditional listed companies established Internet-channel from 2005 to 2010, this paper analyzes the effect of Internet-channel establishment on traditional cooperate performance. The result shows that the effect of Internet-channel establishment on performance is significantly negative in the short-term, but positive in the long- term (not statistical significant).
