摘要
传统的企业选拔体系建设存在一些弊端,本文提出基于胜任力模型的选拔体系构建可以较好地解决这些问题,并以实证案例的形式揭示了基于胜任力模型的选拔体系构建的步骤及方法。
This article points out the defects of traditional selecting system, and advances that competency model can work out these problems better than the traditional one. Finally, it expounds how to build the selecting system on competency model.
