民办高校大学生素质教育管理模式的创新是贯彻《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》和党的十八大报告中强调"优先发展教育,推进素质教育"精神的集中表现,更是民办高校扩大办学规模,提升办学质量,培养高素质、高学历人才的重要保证。《决定》第一条指出:"实施素质教育,就是全面贯彻党的教育方针,以培养学生创新精神和实践能力为重点,造就‘有理想、有道德、有纪律'的德、智、体、美全面发展的社会主义事业建设者和接班人"本文将以山东英才学院学前教育学院的素质教育结硕果,管理改革创辉煌的实例来说明民办高校大学生素质教育的必要性、可行性和有效性。

The innovation on quality oriented education in non-governmental universities is the representation of the implementation of ＂the decision on deepening education reform and promoting quality education by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council＂ and the spirit of ＂give priority to the development of education, the promotion of quality education＂ by the eighteenth National Congress of the CPC, and is the important guarantee of enlarging university scale, promoting university quality, training human resource of high quality and education. The first provision of decision proposes that ＂Implementation of quality education is to fully implement the Party＇s education policy, so that to cultivate the students＇ innovative spirit and practical ability, bringing up all-round development socialist builders and successors of ethics, intellect, body with ＇ideals, moral discipline＇. This paper explains the necessity, practicability, and the effectiveness of quality-oriented education in non-governmental universities by exemplifying the management reform taken by Shandong Yingcai University.
