大穗型水稻弱势子粒灌浆的复配化学调控剂筛选 被引量:2

Effects of chemical regulation compounds on grain weight and grain filling of large panicle japonica rice inferior spikelets

摘要 采用大田试验,以大穗型水稻品种新丰2号为试验材料,研究了抽穗期喷施不同的复配化学调控剂对水稻弱势子粒灌浆的影响.结果表明,复配化学调控剂Ⅳ和Ⅴ处理对结实率、千粒重、产量和灌浆速率均有促进作用,特别是弱势粒,分别使弱势粒的千粒重比喷施清水提高了17.48%,16.38%,达到了显著水平.复配化学调控剂Ⅳ和Ⅴ主要是通过提高灌浆期可溶性糖含量、穗颈节间伤流强度,进而增加弱势子粒的库容活性和同化速率,提高弱势子粒的千粒重和灌浆速率. To choose chemical regulation compounds which have significant regulatory impact on the grain weight and grain filling of inferior spikelets in large panicle japonica rice, an open field experiment was conducted by spraying exogenous compounds at heading stage using the large panicle rice varieties Xinfeng 2 as experimental materials. The results indicated that chemical regulation compounds IV and V had a promotion for seed setting percen-tage, 1 000-grain weight, yield and grain filling rate, especially in inferior spikelets. The 1 000-grain weight of inferior spikelets treated with chemical regulation compounds IV and V was significantly enhanced by 17.48% and 16.38% when compared with CK, respectively. The improvement of I 000-grain weight and grain filling rate of inferior spikelets was due to the augment of storage activity and assimilation rate induced by the enhancement of the content of soluble sugar and the bleeding intensity of spike neck at filling stage which was caused by chemical regulation compounds IV and V.
