A Study on the Characteristics,Scenarios and Strategies of Human-Land Relationship in Shanghai

文章分析了上海人口与建设用地的现状特征、人地矛盾的主要表现和症结,认为人地矛盾主要是由用地结构、产出效率和空间配置不合理导致的,在此基础上文章对化解人地矛盾的方案进行了多情景分析,并提出了相应的对策建议,主要包括产业转型、土地转性和新理念开发郊区新城。

This paper analyses the current situation and problems of human - land relationship in Shanghai . Based on the scenarios analysis of several alternative schemes to dissolve the contradiction between human requirements and Construction land resources, the proper objectives of population capacity in Shanghai are proposed~ And the matched four strategies are put forward： Speeding up the industry transition, perfecting the mode of urban land use, promoting the land output efficiency and - moderate monitoring the urban population.
