摘要
目的:与传统X线作对比,探讨数字化X线摄影技术(DR)在肺结核病筛查中的应用价值和优势。方法:收集230例实验室痰菌培养为阳性的肺结核病患者的胸部平片及DR摄影数码影像进行对比分析,比较两者的影像学诊断结果,并应用各种后处理技术分别对胸部DR图像进行分析诊断。结果:普通平片的胸部肺结核病阳性检出为202例,其余28例未见明显X线阳性表现,检出率为88%(202/230);甲片率79%(182/230),DR的胸部阳性检出225例,其余5例未见明显X线阳性表现,对于结核病灶检出率98%(225/230),甲片率84%(193/230)。结论:DR系统胸部摄影技术较普通平片提高结核病诊断准确性,是胸部疾病筛查的重要影像学技术,同时DR技术操作简单并具有强大的图像后处理功能,经图像处理后,特别是对支气管扩张的检出率有较明显的优势,经统计学分析,支气管扩张处理前后差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.58,P=0.03)。适合在有条件地区推广应用于肺结核病诊断。
Objective Compare to the trandional X-ray,To explore the benefit could be got from digital radiography in the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The radiographic data were collected from 230 cases of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis followed by comparative analysis between the reports of their common chest radiographies and digital radiography. The post-processing techniques were adopted in the analysis on digital radiography. Results 202 (88%)cases could be detected through common chest radiographies with high-grade rate of 79% while the detection number could rise to 225 (98%) with better high-grade rate (84%). Conclusion as an valuable radiographic technique with obvious advantages, function, could play important roles in disease diagnosis application and dissemination under proper conditions. digital radiography, with powerful post-processing especially for lung tuberculosis and deserve wider
