探讨CEUS联合应用MRS在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨超声造影(CEUS)联合应用磁共振波谱(MRS)在前列腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法:对70例血清前列腺特异性抗原增高并疑诊前列腺癌患者进行经直肠超声(TRUS)、CEUS及MRS检查,以手术或穿刺活检病理组织学为标准,对检查结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果:TRUS、CEUS、MRS,TRUS和CEUS联合MRS对前列腺癌诊断的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别是70.00%VS90.00%VS86.67%VS93.33%、82.50%VS87.50%VS90.00%VS87.50%、77.14%VS88.57%VS88.57%VS90.00%、75.00%VS84.38%VS86.67%VS84.85%、78.57%VS92.11%VS90.00%VS94.59%。以病理为金标准,TRUS、CEUS、MRS、TRUS和CEUS联合MRS为结果值,分别绘制ROC曲线,其曲线下面积分别为0.76±0.06、0.88±0.04、0.88±0.05、0.90±0.04。结论:对前列腺癌的诊断以TRUS和CEUS联合MRS检查最为理想,诊断符合率最高。
