硫酸镁对重度子痫前期患者TLR4的影响及机制探讨 被引量：12

摘要 目的:探讨硫酸镁对重度子痫前期患者TLR4表达的影响及硫酸镁治疗重度子痫前期的作用机制;方法:选取30例重度子痫前期且用硫酸镁(SP+MgSO4)进行治疗,30例重度子痫前期(SP)且未用硫酸镁治疗,30例正常妊娠患者(NP)作为研究对象。用RT-PCR方法检测胎盘中TLR4mRNA的表达。用ELISA法检测TLR4蛋白在重度子痫前期患者血清中的表达。结果:TLR4及其mRNA在SP患者中表达水平高于SP+MgSO4组,SP+MgSO4组高于NP组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硫酸镁对重度子痫前期的治疗作用可能是通过下调TLR4及其mRNA的表达而实现的。
