六味地黄汤加减治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床观察

Clinical study on the treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis with Liuwei dihuang decoction

目的:观察六味地黄汤对慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取符合入选标准的慢性肾小球肾炎患者63例,随机分为治疗组(32例),对照组(31例)。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗的基础上,口服中药六味地黄汤,并随症加减,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,并与对照组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:六味地黄汤联合常规西药治疗,可明显改善慢性肾小球肾炎的临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuwei dihuan g decoction in the treatment for chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods 63 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis, who met the inclusion criteria, were randomLy divided into treatment group （n = 32） and control group （n = 31 ）. Patients in control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in treatment group received Liuwei dihuan g decoction and subtraction with the disease additionally. Then the treatment effect was observed. Results The efficacy in treatment group was significantly better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Liuwei dihuan g decoction combined with conventional Western medicine could si gnificantly improve the clinical symptoms of chronic glomerolonephritis.
