辅助生殖技术中人类精子优化技术的相关研究 被引量:4

摘要 人类精子优选技术是辅助生殖技术(assistedreproductivetechnology,ART)的产物,是指在体外通过人工方法对精液进行处理的一门技术。其目的是减少或去除精液中的活性氧、死精子、去获能因子等物质,以获得优选、浓缩、高活力且具备受精能力的精子悬液,并启动精子获能,进而增加精子的运动能力和穿卵能力,提高临床妊娠率。目前常用的精子优选方法有上游法、密度梯度离心法,其他还有磁珠分选法、玻璃纤维滤过法、分子玻璃纤维滤过法等。下面将这些精子优选技术作一综述。
