健脾化浊中药治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effect on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy with Spleen strengthening and Turbidity-resolving Herbs

目的:观察健脾化浊中药治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将60例(60眼)中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变患者随机分成2组各30例,对照组应用施图伦、维生素等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加健脾化浊中药口服,15天为1疗程,2组均治疗2～4疗程,观察比较2组临床疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为96.7%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:健脾化浊中药联合西药治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变有较好疗效。

objective. To observe the clinical effects of treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC） with spleen-strengthening and turbidity-resolving herbs. Methods. Sixty CSC patients（involving 60 eyes） were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=30） was treated with oral use of vita- mins, and Esculin and Digitalisglycosides Eye Drops. The treatment group（n=30） was treated with oral use of the decoction of spleen-strengthening and turbidity-resolving herbs on the basis of treatment for the control group. Fifteen days constituted one treatment course, and the treatment lasted 2-4 courses. The clinical effects were evaluated after treatment, Results： The total effective rate was 96,7% in the treat- ment group and 80.0% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Spleen-strengthening and turbidity-resolving herbs combined with western medicine have certain clinical effect on central serous chorioretinopathy.
