虚拟社区在线信任研究新进展及其启示 被引量:6

摘要 虚拟社区的在线信任问题作为近年来网络营销领域的前沿课题,日益受到学术界的关注和重视。本文通过梳理虚拟社区在线信任最新研究成果发现:虚拟社区在线信任的影响因素涉及虚拟社区成员的认知基础、理性分析、人格特质以及虚拟社区组织的管理特征四个方面;虚拟社区在线信任的构建应遵循个性化原则和阶段性原则,把握来自环境、组织、个体等三个方面的影响因素,采取更加合理的构建策略;虚拟社区在线信任对于提高虚拟社区成员之间的信息交流意愿、购买意愿,增加虚拟社区的顾客黏性具有重要实践价值。虚拟社区在线信任未来研究应从研究视角、研究方法、研究内容等层面进一步加以拓展。
