摘要
本文介绍了场致发射的机理及场致发射的几种不同类型的阴极 ,叙述了类金刚石薄膜作为场致发射阴极的优点 ,最后对场致发射的应用进行了分析。
In this paper, the theory of field electron emission and the charcteristics of field emission emitters are introduced. The advantage of diamond like film is described. The applications of field emission device are also introduced.
